Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products by providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, food & beverage, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for food, baking, or retail is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a 5-day work week.
