Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional luxury customer service, greeting and assisting clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of Polène jewelry, leather goods, and accessories to offer tailored recommendations.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and brand events to better serve customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with diverse clientele.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
