Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate terms, and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Assist in organizing marketing events and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Fresh Graduate or possess up to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to undergo comprehensive training.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- With valid driver's license (preferred for client visits).
