Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect wines and wine accessories to meet their preferences and budgets.
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding wine varietals, vintages, and the features of our wine cooling solutions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the retail environment is clean and visually appealing at all times.
- Build rapport with regular customers and understand their buying habits to provide personalized service.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve monthly sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- A genuine passion for wine and a strong interest in the beverage industry.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with using POS systems or cash registers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
