- Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations for hotel services, packages, and amenities
- Execute sales transactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales strategies
- Track and analyze sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to expand brand presence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for field visits)
