- Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments.
- Present and sell skincare products and beauty services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized clinic environment for all visitors.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent follow-up and relationship management.
- Upsell add-on services and treatment packages effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare technology and aesthetic procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, beauty consultancy, or customer service.
- Genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, and beauty industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong sales acumen with a target-oriented, motivated mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant aesthetic or skincare certification is a plus but not strictly required.
