Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals (dentists, clinic managers, procurement officers)
- Present and demonstrate dental products/services through personalized client consultations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by developing strategic territory plans
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product training sessions
- Manage CRM systems to track client interactions and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific sales campaigns
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (B2B or healthcare industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean driving record
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
