Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including preparing accurate quotations, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Liaise directly with customers to provide timely and accurate updates on order status and delivery schedules, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor shipment progress closely and resolve any logistics issues or delays to prevent stockouts or customer dissatisfaction.
- Maintain organized sales records and databases, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding order inquiries and status reports.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role within a sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
