Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily sales operations and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide top-tier customer support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update accurate sales databases and CRM systems with client information.
- Monitor sales pipelines and provide regular reports on activity and performance metrics.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and handle travel arrangements for the sales department.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
