Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline processes from lead qualification through contract closure
- Coordinate cross-functional operations between sales, logistics, and finance departments
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, presentations, and performance analytics
- Maintain accurate CRM databases and ensure data integrity across all customer interactions
- Organize sales meetings, client appointments, and team training sessions
- Process sales orders, contracts, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales coordination or administrative support
