Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Semarang region
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CCTV products and services
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals to potential customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology or security products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and security technology products is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Semarang region
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills
