We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Sales Engineer (Mechatronics/Electrical) to join the growing team at StaffKing Pte Ltd. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of the Solar System and Automation industry, bridging the gap between complex technical engineering and commercial business development. As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the technical expert for our clients, guiding them through the sales process by offering tailored solutions. You will be responsible for conducting technical presentations, analyzing customer needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solar and automation products. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for renewable energy. Join us in a dynamic environment that values work-life balance with a standard schedule of Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm in the heart of the Central Region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients regarding solar and automation systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, propose, and customize technical solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
- Analyze client needs and prepare detailed technical quotations and proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in solar technology.
- Report sales performance metrics and contribute to achieving team sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, field sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical components, or industrial automation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Valid Singapore driving license is an added advantage.
