- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business leads and opportunities within the Miri region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present company products and services to potential customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of our value proposition.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or development sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to achieve sales goals.
