Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and acquire new customers for Freshtel internet service packages.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and manage inbound inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Represent Freshtel Internet at promotional events, roadshows, and client walk-ins.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain existing clients and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new packages and special offers effectively.
- Manage accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or IT sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage for field sales activities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
