Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities in food manufacturing and processing sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Present product solutions and technical specifications to potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with technical team to provide customized solutions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (food industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Malaysian driving license with own vehicle
