- Identify and pursue new business leads to expand the company's market presence.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
- Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts to close deals and secure agreements.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- A valid driver's license is an added advantage.
