- Develop and implement strategic sales campaigns to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Represent Informatics College at recruitment events, fairs, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and presentations
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity
Kualifikasi
- 1-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong background in developing and executing strategic sales campaigns
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of the Philippine education sector is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for local travel
