Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of park tickets through direct marketing, digital channels, and partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients for exclusive event bookings
- Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns for group packages
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for management review
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitive trends
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in tourism/hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with corporate clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of Surakarta and Central Java tourism market preferred
