Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients through field visits, cold calls, and industry networking
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Present tailored product solutions and negotiate contracts to close sales deals
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years proven B2B sales experience with track record of meeting targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in teams
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Bangsamoro region
