Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct B2B sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face meetings to generate leads.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is preferred for local client visits.
