Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the logistics, manufacturing, and transport industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our Cargo Protection and Packaging Solutions.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the operations and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport (essential for field visits).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in the Shah Alam area and beyond.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is an advantage.
