Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and supply chain industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Present product demonstrations and technical proposals to potential customers to drive conversions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong background in the construction or building materials industry.
- Deep understanding of surface management products and construction supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
