Tanggung Jawab
- Assist walk-in clients by providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Promote and demonstrate various flooring products to potential buyers effectively.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain a high level of product awareness regarding materials, designs, and installation processes.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the retail or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as business demands.
- Strong presentation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are highly preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve individual sales quotas.
