Tanggung Jawab
- Expand the company's dental burs business by identifying and developing new client relationships in the dental industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including dentists, dental clinics, and dental laboratories
- Present and promote the company's premium range of dental products to potential customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities in the dental industry
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or dental industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of building client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Knowledge of dental products and industry regulations is an added advantage
