Tanggung Jawab
- Drive furniture sales through proactive client acquisition and relationship building
- Present product catalogs and conduct demonstrations to showcase furniture collections
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet monthly targets
- Manage client accounts from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up
- Collaborate with design teams to provide tailored furniture solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems
- Participate in trade shows and promotional events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in furniture or retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with diverse clientele
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid Malaysian driver's license for client site visits
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
