Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with HoReCa and retail accounts
- Identify new market opportunities and expand client base in Johor
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans
- Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure client satisfaction
- Represent company at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or account management
- Experience in HoReca or retail industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
- Self-motivated with target-driven mindset
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
