Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the networking and IT infrastructure sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including cold calling, lead qualification, needs analysis, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to propose customized solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, quotes, and sales presentations to potential clients.
- Track sales activities and manage the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT, Networking, or Telecommunications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching) and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
