Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new international markets and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the export sector.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in Export Sales, preferably within the manufacturing or metal/aluminum industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade exhibitions as required.
