Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Southern Region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and institutions
- Present AiPharma's innovative healthcare products and services through customized solutions
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop region-specific promotional campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve client inquiries promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout the Southern Region
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
