- Research and identify qualified leads through digital platforms, industry databases, and networking events
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies via email, phone, and social media channels
- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology
- Maintain accurate lead data and pipeline metrics in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and territories
- Meet monthly lead generation targets while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and customer insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation KPIs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
