Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Design and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies in Central Java
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing to create integrated sales campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for executive review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in management role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of B2B sales methodologies and market dynamics
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strategic thinking with ability to execute tactical plans
