Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in cybersecurity sector
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Manage entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with client technical requirements
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on cybersecurity solutions
- Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team performance improvement
- Generate regular sales forecasts and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in B2B sales with minimum 2 years in cybersecurity/IT security
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in enterprise solutions
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex solution selling methodologies
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM) or sales (CPSM) are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams
