Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for ELV systems targeting corporate customers in Johor Bahru and beyond
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and cold outreach to commercial clients
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized ELV solutions including CCTV, access control, and fire systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and stakeholders
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for leadership review
- Mentor junior sales staff to foster high-performance team culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in ELV, security, or building technology sales
- Strong knowledge of corporate procurement processes and stakeholder management
- Certifications in sales management or ELV systems (e.g., BICSI, KNX) advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
