- Develop and execute sales strategies for Laser TV and projector product lines in Jakarta region
- Provide expert consultations integrating Laser TV technology with professional audio systems (Surround Sound, Hi-Fi)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers and sales teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management, consumer electronics, or AV products
- Proven expertise in Laser TV, projection systems, and audio technologies
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
