- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Visayas/Mindanao region
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, body shops, and commercial clients
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement training programs to enhance team product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain market leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in automotive glass or auto parts industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in Visayas region
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performance teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of automotive aftermarket products and customer needs
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
