Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving brand growth
- Strong understanding of retail distribution channels and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
