Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the target market.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Present and pitch our products or services to potential clients to drive sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
