Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, maintain, and refresh product displays to maximize visual appeal and sales potential
- Ensure products are properly stocked, priced, and promoted according to company guidelines
- Build strong relationships with store personnel to ensure excellent product representation
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the management team
- Execute promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives as scheduled
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Collect and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
- Ensure all displays comply with brand standards and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if travel between stores is required)
