In this position, you will be the key link between our agency and local retail outlets. Your mission is to sell, distribute, and deliver our popular range of snacks and food products directly to warungs and shops using your motorbike. We are looking for someone who is physically fit, reliable, and passionate about building strong business relationships with shop owners.
As a Sales Motoris, you will ensure our products reach customers efficiently and on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Product Distribution: Deliver snacks and FMCG products to various outlets, warungs, and retail stores efficiently using a motorbike.
- Sales Execution: Actively sell products to shop owners, demonstrate product features, and ensure high visibility on shelves.
- Inventory Management: Monitor product stock levels at assigned outlets and restock as needed to ensure continuous availability.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers (warung owners) to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Cash Collection: Collect payments from customers and ensure accurate daily settlements and reporting.
- Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service across assigned territories.
- Feedback Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report any stock discrepancies or customer feedback to the head office.
Kualifikasi
- Valid License: Must possess a valid SIM A (motorcycle driving license).
- Experience: Previous experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or motorbike delivery is preferred.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to ride a motorbike for extended periods and navigate through city streets and local areas comfortably.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with shop owners and team members.
- Integrity: Honest, trustworthy, and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
