- Design and maintain commission management systems to ensure timely and accurate payouts to the sales force.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.
- Manage the relationship with CRM systems to ensure data integrity and user adoption.
- Mentor junior operations staff and provide training on sales tools and reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role.
- Proven proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Strong understanding of commission structures, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
