Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell FMCG products through in-store demonstrations and customer engagement
- Execute product sampling campaigns to drive trial and purchase conversion
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques
- Conduct hybrid selling activities across retail outlets and designated field locations
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales performance reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Ensure brand compliance and visual merchandising standards in stores
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales or promotional experience in FMCG/retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Basic proficiency in reporting software (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Valid driver's license for field activities (if applicable)
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during store promotions
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
