Tanggung Jawab
- Execute promotional campaigns at retail events, trade shows, and brand activations
- Engage customers with product demonstrations and compelling brand messaging
- Drive sales through persuasive communication and relationship building
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence for product improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve campaign KPIs
- Maintain brand standards at all promotional touchpoints
- Track and report on promotional performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification with 1+ years in sales or event promotion
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in team environments
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset
- Flexible availability for weekend and evening events
- Basic knowledge of consumer electronics or FMCG products preferred
- Valid Malaysian work permit and transportation to event locations
