Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and promoting product benefits.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet daily demand.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about features and usage.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective persuasion and product demonstration.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Energetic personality with a strong passion for retail and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a distinct advantage.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
