Join Impact Power Mandiri as a Sales Promotion Specialist and become an integral part of our dynamic FMCG distribution team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving product visibility and sales through strategic in-store and out-of-store promotion activities. As a Sales Promotion Specialist, you'll work closely with retail partners to optimize product placement, ensure proper merchandising, and implement promotional displays that capture customer attention. You'll also be responsible for hybrid selling approaches, engaging with customers both within retail establishments and through direct outreach initiatives.

- Execute in-store and out-of-store product sampling campaigns to increase brand awareness

- Implement hybrid selling strategies across multiple sales channels

- Track and achieve monthly sales targets through effective promotion activities
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in FMCG sales, retail promotion, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of retail environments and consumer buying behavior
- Proficiency in reporting sales data and promotional activities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field activities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
