- Greet and welcome customers warmly, assessing their needs to provide tailored recommendations for computer hardware, software, and accessories.
- Demonstrate products effectively to showcase features and benefits, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of how to utilize them.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that reflects our brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
