Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the coffee industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners
- Present and demonstrate premium coffee products and equipment solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales strategies
- Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of coffee industry or FMCG sector preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness for client visits
