Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service
- Actively promote plumbing and hardware products to new and existing clients
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and customer feedback documentation
- Collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies and promotions
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Malay and basic English
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in retail or wholesale environments
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and hardware products preferred
- Proficiency in using sales tools and inventory management systems
- Valid driving license with own transportation for client visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
