Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive market research and client outreach
- Present and sell company furniture components to architects, interior designers, and furniture manufacturers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and effective negotiation techniques
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and identify new product opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Participate in industry trade shows and events to expand brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent sales experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in furniture or construction materials
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with willingness for occasional client visits
