- Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing high-potential leads in the IT hardware sector.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners and distributors to maximize sales performance.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends in SSD, RAM, and storage technologies.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the IT hardware or semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical understanding of IT components, including SSDs, Memory Modules, and Storage Cards.
- Proven track record of success in new business development and partner management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
