Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for automotive products/services
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable coaching/training
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management review
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales collateral
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in automotive sales or related industry
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM systems
